●SangStre offers a limited warranty that all SangStre products and accessories will be free from defects and workmanship, according to the following terms and conditions:
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
●No matter through which channel the product was purchased, as long as you can provide a reasonable proof of purchase or order number from the date of purchase, you can enjoy a one-year limited warranty.
●Upon request from SangStre, the consumer must provide a valid proof of purchase to reasonably prove the date of purchase in order to obtain this limited warranty.
●SangStre only provides a limited warranty due to quality problems of the product itself.
We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any problems before determining, at its discretion, if the product is in fact defective.
●All products must first be registered before a warranty claim can be processed. We strongly recommend that you register your product immediately after purchase. You can register your product here; http://warranty.SangStre.com/Registration.
●SangStre will at its option: (A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts; (B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product; or (C) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for return of the product.
●The customer will bear the cost of shipping the product to the local designated return facility. SangStre shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the customer after completion of service under the limited warranty.
●At its discretion, SangStre will determine if the defect requires the item to be replaced.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
●Defects or damages resulting from use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner.
●Defects or damages from abnormal use, improper storage, submersion in liquid, unauthorized repair, misuse and abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation or other acts which are not the fault of SangStre, including damage caused by shipping.
●Damage resulting from the use of non-SangStre approved accessories.
●All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use.
●Products used or obtained in a rental program.
●Alleged product defects or malfunction of which the Customer Service Department of SangStre was not notified by the consumer during the applicable limited warranty period.
●This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied either in fact or by operations of law, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of marketability or fitness for a particular use.
STATE LAW RIGHTS
No other express warranty is applicable to this product. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MARKETABILITY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICUALR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF EXPRESS WARRANTY HERIN. SANGSTRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT OR FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MARKETABILITY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT.
Some regions do not allow the exclusive limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from region to region.

1. Our products enjoy a one-year free maintenance service from the date of purchase except for the following circumstances:

c.)Failure or damage of the product due to disassembly by an unauthorized third party.
d.)Failure in presenting correct, effective, and clear proof of purchase.
e)Warranty period expires.
f.)Charged repair service is still available after the warranty period.
2. Warranty Coverage
SangStre warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from SangStre or a SangStre authorized dealer. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
3. In the case of a covered warranty defect, SangStre will, at its option;
a.) repair the product using new or refurbished parts;
b.) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product;
c.) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for the return of the product. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear, and tear, commercial use, accident, or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of your product voids this warranty.

Prior to providing warranty service, SangStre may require you to provide proof of purchase details, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice. This limited warranty gives you specific rights that are in addition to other rights you may have under applicable laws, including your rights against the person who sold the SangStre product to you.
To the extent permitted by law, however, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by sangstre. Sangstre disclaims all other warranties whether express or implied (including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for particular purpose, title, and non-infringement), and sangstre’s liability shall be limited to the original purchase price. In case of any disputes, sangstre shall reserve its final decision rights.
