You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Sale or promotional items.
Its original packaging have been lost, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Products that have been used and show clear signs of use or have been damaged.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Quality Issues or Incorrect Item: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll send you a prepaid USPS shipping label via email and you can return them for a full refund.
Non-Quality Issue Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than quality issues, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process

Ship the Item Back
Once you receive return approval, please send the item back to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us. Please note that the warehouse does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund timing may vary depending on your card issuer.
Partial Refunds
Any amount paid using vouchers, discount codes, or other promotional methods will not be refunded. Only the amount you actually paid will be refunded.
If a promotional gift was provided with the purchase and is not returned during a refund, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund based on the seller’s original sale price.
If you purchased a non-free shipping item or selected expedited shipping services, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns not due to quality issues, if the buyer does not pay the return shipping costs, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. Exchange requests will be processed similarly to returns.
