SangStre provides a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all new products purchased from authorized retailers.The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover misuse, loss, or theft.

Q: Does SANGSTRE offer custom prescription lenses services?

SANGSTRE has its own lens processing facility in China and collaborates with several major lens brands worldwide, including Kodak from the USA, Essilor from France, Zeiss from Germany, Hoya from Japan, and Mingyue from China. We hope to provide you with high-quality customized services at a great value.

Q: How to customize prescription Lenses?

A:

First, we need your complete eye prescription information. If you do not have your prescription, please contact your eye doctor. Once you have the prescription information, you can click here to get the process for customizing prescription lenses.

Q: Where can I get tracking for my order?

Once your smart audio glasses ship you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by the carrier. You can also view your tracking number under “Orders” when you log into your SangStre account.

Q: How long do they take to ship?

A:

Orders must be placed by 11am CST to ship on the same day. If an order is placed after 11am CST, it will ship on the following business day.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A:

Standard shipping is free for products that meet the free shipping criteria. Choosing UPS 2-Day Air expedited shipping will incur an additional charge of $20.

Q: How long will it take for the glasses to arrive after they are shipped?

A:

The specific delivery time depends on the product’s stock availability, the user’s location, and the chosen shipping method. Standard shipping for non-customized products typically takes 3-5 days, while expedited services can shorten it to around 2 days.
